About GLI

Global Leadership Interlink is a global network of professionals and students committed to transformation in society through the development of values-based leaders. The need for values-based leadership is undeniable. We face unprecedented, complex, global challenges that require global solutions and leadership of unprecedented quality and capabilities. We understand that the society demands values such as integrity, humility, selflessness and collaboration to be preeminent in emerging and current leaders - as well as professional expertise and competency.

GLI is a network that equips professionals and students from across the world with these values and provides organizations with insights and consultancy on how they can address the complex issues they face. Our global spread and unique perspectives allows GLI to get to the very heart of issues and provide approaches by which long-term solutions can be built.

Our diversity means that it is both necessary and possible to deconstruct narrow cultural and national mindsets, and gives us unique insights.

We develop Leadership

Every GLI professional and student is a leader and can have a positive impact – whatever their position in an organization. Our leadership development is based firmly on values that originate from the Bible and are interpreted in a 21st century context. Leadership means getting the root of issues and bringing sustainable change rather than quick fixes.

We are Interlinked

Our tagline: “Determining the destiny of nations”

We recognise that “righteousness makes a nation great”. The ethical and moral standing of leaders in any system, a nation included, will determine its ultimate effectiveness. GLI develops leaders with clearly defined, timeless values written on their hearts and demonstrated in practice. Leaders of such exemplary quality elevate the standards in the sphere around them and create a pull towards ‘righteousness’. Even the most junior professional or student, through consistent commitment to upholding Bible-based values, contribute to “Determining the destiny of (his or her) nation”, and making it great.
