Adrian Coles

Adrian Coles

Adrian Coles is a Transformation Project Manager. He has a broad range of experience in community-based regeneration, public sector change programmes and finance-based initiatives.

He graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Economics and International Studies. He started his career at the Bank of England in monetary policy before working for an International Non-Government Organisation managing funding and monitoring international relief and development projects.

Adrian then moved into the public sector where he has worked for 14 years. He qualified as a Chartered Public Sector Accountant and used this training to manage several multi-million pound social regeneration programmes aimed at transforming deprived neighborhoods.

He then focused this experience into one significant neighborhood-based transformation scheme. His role was to develop sustainable and self-funding community-based approaches. This included the development of several initiatives including a communications social enterprise. His current role is to manage change projects that transform public services so they are leaner and more customer-focused.

Adrian leads the Coventry GLI Chapter in the development of ethical leadership initiatives. He is married with three daughters.
